Topping is an awesome mutual friend of the dude I live with and mine. She officiated our wedding ceremony and helped us make it our own. Because of her we were able to fill it with zombie promises, kids defining love and lots of swords! What? Swords have a historical role in matrimonial ceremonies. I swear, we didn’t have them just because we think they are cool. Maybe. Because they are pretty cool.
Anyway, Topping likes lightweight earrings that don’t slow her down. The above earrings have two perpendicular loops of silver-plated Beadalon wire, tiny, tiny turquoise beads, copper beads, silver crimps and sterling kidney earwires. These were based on a necklace made of the same materials, including silver beads, two sterling 3-strand endpieces and clasp and EXcluding the earwires (although, that might be interesting on a necklace. We’ll have to see). Once again, the pictures don’t show how intensely green the turquoise beads are.
And swords are cool. I dare you to deny it.
