Spiderweb and Crimp Clasp

by Joy Masters on July 15, 2009

Admittedly, this is not exciting in design. I am going to blithely carry on like I didn’t hear you say, "So, what’s new then with this girl?".  Hush.

I wanted to use organza ribbon as a chain with this awesome wooden pendant in the shape of a spiderweb from Artbeads.com. This is my first go around with a crimp clasp. It went all right. The whole thing seemed simple enough until I got to the making it neat part. That part is always difficult for me. Just ask the dude I live with.

The lucky recipient (one of my muses, a.k.a. guinea pigs) of this necklace will be receiving it in the mailbox any day now.

And for the clasp.
